I think the boss, Stanly, who named the shop sweet is fun because the first time I saw it I feel it clear, a little lazy, but nothing sweet. However, in here you can relax and make yourself at home.
The atmosphere here is lazy and comfortable. They usually roast coffee beans by themselves. In fact, coffees we drink on the market usually are made in large number and always made by machine. As a result, hand-roasted coffee beans are more precious and the flavor is richer. Commonly, people won’t know how to roast coffee beans even how the beans are processed. I think Edia is the kind of classic coffee store. When I was a little girl, I always wanted to open a special coffee shop belonged to me. My dreamed coffee shop is just like Edia which is only a small store but full of books and CDs. The design takes my eyes and I like it very much. With a wall of books and CDs, it won’t be a problem to stay in there for a whole afternoon, even a whole day.
The warm atmosphere is attractive and cosy. Moreover, you can find many surprises and interesting stuffs in everywhere. You won’t be disappointed by visiting Edia.
Edia not only offers coffee but also soft meals such as sandwiches, waffles, and pastas. Many blogger said that they are also attractive by the white tone decoration and the tranquil atmosphere. I’m always looking for a nice place to hide myself in or to enjoy the moment with books, music, and coffee.
